I had a great stay at this hotel with excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and had useful facilities such as a gym and pool. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed for easy transportation to different tourist attractions. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Brotnjo with my extended family despite my hiccup with my cashcard. Bosnia is the only place I had problems with it. All the staff were very helpful and the receptionist at the front desk who greeted us on Friday was exceptional. She guided us to all the sites worth seeing in Medugorje via the map and I was amazed at what this town had to offer. She was excellent. The young waiter who served us in the evenings was enthusiastic and ensured we enjoyed our dining experience. The cleaning staff were welcoming and gave the hotel a very homely feel.

The only disappointing thing ( which affected the score for cleanliness of the room which I only gave a good but would have been excellent was the view outside our window on the first floor. I was expecting to see a view of something but not the rubbish that had been dumped outside by workers or whatever. That was an instant letdown and I refrained from letting the otherwise beautiful sunlight of the day come in. I hope that this would be addressed for the next guest, as your hotel, is superb apart from this little letdown. I would stay there again but would hope that that area would be tidy and clean to match with the otherwise immaculate hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple tourist attractions and also offers great amenities. The rooms are cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu is extensive, offering a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers a nice swimming pool and a fitness center that is well-equipped.

Although the hotel is quite nice, there were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The shower head in the bathroom was not working properly, and some of the amenities in the fitness center were out of order.

The staff are excellent. Every person (especially reception) where the kindest, nicest, most helpful we have ever had. The food was excellent! Whatever we needed or asked about was "No problem".

During my winter break, I had a wonderful time at a hotel in a peaceful and welcoming city. the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, including pizza, lasagna, and pasta. the location was excellent, as it was close to a popular destination. One more advantage was the reasonable pricing, making it a budget-friendly option.

The swimming pool wasn't in good condition, which was a bit disappointing, as I was looking forward to swimming during my vacation. the rest of the hotel experience compensated for this minor setback, so I still had an enjoyable stay.
